Sign in on your iPhone first. The watch reads from your phone.

The Apple Watch app installs with the iPhone app and requires watchOS 26. Sign in on your iPhone first; the watch picks up your sign-in from the phone.

Add the Active projects complication from the watch face editor to see your projects at a glance. If the watch shows nothing, open aeuix one on your iPhone with the watch nearby, then open the watch app again.
