Getting started

How do I get an account?

Your Aeuix team creates your login and sends an invite email from welcome@aeuix.one. There is no public sign-up. If you did not receive an invite, check spam, then ask your Aeuix contact to resend it.

Where do I download the app?

Search for “aeuix one” on the App Store, or open aeuix.one in any browser. Both use the same login and show the same information.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and we will email you a reset link. The link goes through aeuix.one and expires after a short time; request a new one if it has lapsed.

Using aeuix one

Requesting a project

Projects → New request. Add a description, a target date (or choose “I’m flexible”), inspiration and files. Your request goes to the top of your queue as Active; drag or use the arrows to reorder queued requests.

Chatting with your team

Open a project and tap the chat icon in the header. Use @ to mention someone; they get a notification. You can attach images in chat.

Files and aeuix Drive

Drive holds your brand assets and deliverables. Tap a file to preview it; tap Save on an image to add it to your camera roll (iOS asks for permission the first time). Use the link icon on a folder to share it with someone outside the portal; switch the link off at any time from Shared links.

Photos and People

Shoots your team has shared appear under Drive → Photos. People groups every picture of a person; you can name people in your own shoots. Uploading and face grouping happen on the web.

Notes

Notes are shared between you and your Aeuix team and sync across devices. Personal notes are visible to Aeuix staff; the app reminds you of this when you create one.

Billing

More → Billing shows your plan and invoices. Cards and bank details are managed on Stripe’s secure pages; nothing is charged from inside the app.

Notifications and widgets

Turning notifications on or off

In the app: More → Settings → Notifications, per type, for push and email separately. On iOS you can also turn off all push for the app under Settings → Notifications → aeuix one.

Due Today widget

Long-press your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap +, and search for “aeuix one”. On Apple Watch, add the “Due today” complication from the watch face editor. Widgets refresh when you open the app and at midnight.

Troubleshooting

“Not signed in” or a blank screen

Force-quit the app and open it again; it will refresh your sign-in. If that fails, sign out from More → Sign out and sign back in.

An upload is stuck

Very large files use a resumable upload; keep the app open until the tray shows Done. On a slow connection, try again on Wi-Fi.

The Apple Watch app shows nothing

Sign in on your iPhone first; the watch app reads from your phone’s session.

I deleted something by mistake

Deleted files sit in Trash for 30 days. Ask your Aeuix contact to restore it, or restore it yourself from Drive → Trash where available.

Your account and privacy

Edit your profile from More → Profile. To delete your account or your personal details, or to ask what we hold about you, email will@aeuix.com. Read the full Privacy Policy, the steps on Delete your account, and every other policy at aeuix.com/legal.

Requirements

aeuix one for iPhone and iPad requires iOS 26 or later; the watch app requires watchOS 26. The web app works in current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
