Troubleshooting
When something is not working
I can't sign inCheck the email, reset your password, and try a sign-in link.A blank or white screen, or a page that won't loadReload the page fully, or force-quit and reopen the app.An upload is stuck or failedKeep the page open, check your connection and add the file again.I'm not getting notificationsCheck Settings → Notifications, your spam folder and iOS notification settings.I'm seeing the wrong projects, or nothing at allCheck which company is selected, then reload.Contacting supportEmail will@aeuix.com with what you were doing and a screenshot.
