Signing off on a proof
A proof is something we need your OK on before it is final: artwork, a print file, a video cut, a document. When we send one, you get a notification and an email with a link.
- Open the link, or open the project in aeuix one and choose the proof under Proofs.
- Look through every file. Pictures and PDFs open right on the page, videos play there too, and every file has Download.
- Choose Approve if it is ready, or Request changes and say what should change.
You don't need an account to sign off from the link: just type your name and email. Signed in, you sign as yourself. Your sign-off is recorded with the date and time, so everyone knows exactly what was approved.
If you ask for changes, we send a new version (a new round) for you to sign off on. Earlier rounds stay in the history.
