Your Privacy Choices
This page gathers every privacy choice you have in aeuix one in one place, with exactly where to make it. Most are in your hands inside the app; the rest take one email. It is the “Your Privacy Choices” page that privacy laws such as California’s ask us to provide, written for everyone.
Choices you make in the app
| Choice | Where | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Push notifications, per type | Settings → Notifications (web and iOS) | Turns each kind of push notification on or off: project activity, messages, invoices, weekly digest |
| Email notifications, per type | Settings → Notifications | Same, for email. You can keep push and drop email, or the other way round |
| All push for the app | iOS Settings → Notifications → aeuix one | Silences the app entirely at the system level |
| Camera and photo library | iOS Settings → aeuix one | The app only asks when you attach a file or save an image; you can revoke either permission any time |
| What is on your profile | Profile | Phone, birthday, socials, addresses and sizes are optional; remove any of them whenever you like. Name and email are needed to run your account |
| Profile photo | Profile | Add, change or remove it; initials are shown instead |
| Share links you created | Drive → Shared links | Switch a link off or delete it; the file stops being reachable by anyone who had the link |
| Personal notes | Notes | Aeuix staff can read notes kept in the portal, and the app says so. Keep truly private notes elsewhere |
| Appearance and other preferences | Settings, and your device | Stored only on your device; clearing site data or deleting the app removes them |
| Crash and performance reports | Settings → “Share crash and performance reports” (web and iOS) | Off means this login sends nothing when the app breaks or is slow. On by default; reports never identify you |
| Sign out everywhere | Settings → Sign out, on each device | Ends the session and removes that device’s push token from our server |
| Connected tools (Aeuix administrators) | The tool’s own settings, or email us | Disconnecting the Claude connector revokes its access; every action it took stays in the activity log |
Choices that take one email
Email will@aeuix.com from your account address, or from any address with enough detail for us to verify you. Put the request in the subject line so it is routed quickly. We answer within 30 days, usually within a few business days, and never charge for these.
| Request | Subject line to use | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| See what we hold about you | Privacy request: access | We send a readable copy of your account details, profile, notification settings and activity records |
| Get a copy to take elsewhere | Privacy request: export | The same information in a machine-readable file (JSON), plus your files where you are entitled to them |
| Correct something | Privacy request: correction | Most details you can fix on your Profile; ask us for anything you cannot |
| Delete your account | Delete my aeuix one account | Login disabled on confirmation, personal details gone within 30 days. Full details on Delete your account |
| Delete your face data | Face data request | Templates for you are deleted within 30 days and the client company is told. See the Face Data Notice |
| Turn face grouping off for a shoot | Face data request | Grouping is switched off and that shoot’s templates deleted |
| Limit or object to a use | Privacy request: objection | Tell us which use; we stop unless the law or our agreement with your company requires it, and we explain either way |
| Withdraw consent | Privacy request: withdraw consent | Applies to anything you gave by choice, such as optional profile details; withdrawing does not affect what happened before |
| Appeal a decision | Privacy request: appeal | A different person at Aeuix reviews it and replies in writing within 30 days, with how to contact your regulator if you still disagree |
| Be told about new subprocessors | Subprocessor notifications | You are emailed at least 30 days before a new provider handles client data |
You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we will ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and may confirm with you directly.
Browser signals
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing where those laws apply. Because we do neither, honoring it changes nothing in practice. Do Not Track signals are treated the same way.
If you are not a user, but appear in a client’s photos
You can still ask what face data exists about you and have it deleted: email the address above with “Face data request” and the company you were photographed for. We do not need you to have an account.
Where this leaves your company
Your company controls the work it keeps in the portal and can ask for its account to be closed or its uploaded content removed (see Delete your account). The company’s primary contact should send those requests; individual members can only act on their own information.
