Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses aeuix one. It exists to keep the portal safe for every client and for the Aeuix team.
You may
- Use the Service for your company’s marketing work with Aeuix.
- Upload and share content you have the rights to use.
- Create share links for people outside the portal who need a file, and switch them off when done.
- Connect approved tools (such as the Claude connector for Aeuix administrators) to your own account.
You may not
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates someone’s privacy or publicity rights.
- Upload photos of people for face grouping without the permissions described in the Face Data Notice.
- Try to access another company’s work, another person’s account, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use.
- Share your login, or let someone else use it.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service for vulnerabilities without following the responsible disclosure process; interfere with or overload the Service; or bypass rate limits, permissions or security features.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond the integrations we provide.
- Upload malware or anything designed to damage devices or data.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to impersonate Aeuix or anyone else.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service, or remove its notices and branding.
- Use the Service in a way that breaks any law, including export-control and sanctions laws.
Enforcement
We may remove content, switch off share links, suspend or close accounts, and involve law enforcement when this policy is broken. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. To report a violation, email will@aeuix.com.
