Copyright & saved content
aeuix Vault exists so designers and creative teams can keep private references. That means most libraries contain other people’s work. This page explains how the app treats it and how rights holders can reach us.
How saved content is handled
- Private by design. Everything you save is visible only to your login. The app has no public pages, feeds, profiles or sharing between users, so nothing you save is republished by the Service.
- Links stay links. A saved link keeps its original address and opens the original page, so the creator keeps the visit and the credit. The preview image is the one the site itself publishes for link previews.
- No ownership is transferred. Saving something gives you no rights in it. Before you reuse, publish, trace or sell anything based on a reference, get the permission or licence you need from its owner.
- Exporting. The share button sends an image to another app on your device at your direction; what you do with it there is your responsibility.
What you must not save
Content that is illegal to possess, leaked or stolen material, or bulk copies of paid products (fonts, stock libraries, courses, templates) that you have no licence for. We may remove such content and close accounts that repeatedly infringe.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe material stored through aeuix Vault infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at will@aeuix.com (Aeuix LLC, Attn: Copyright, Scottsdale, Arizona) with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say is infringed;
- the material you want removed and enough information for us to find it (for example the account email or the address it was saved from);
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We will remove or disable access to the material and tell the account holder, who may send a counter-notice with the equivalent information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their address (or Maricopa County, Arizona if outside the United States). We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action. Knowingly false notices can carry legal liability.
Trademarks
Instagram, Safari, Behance, Pinterest and other names that may appear in saved content belong to their owners. aeuix Vault is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
