Saving from other apps
- Where is aeuix Vault in the share sheet? Tap Share, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, then Edit, and add aeuix Vault to your favourites. You only do this once.
- What can I save? Links, images (up to ten at a time) and text. In the app, the + button also takes a pasted link, photos or a note.
- I saved something but it is not in the grid. Shared items wait on your device and upload when the app is open. Open aeuix Vault; you will see “Saving…” at the top, then the item appears. This also means sharing works offline.
- A link has no picture. Some sites, Instagram in particular, often hide their preview image from other apps. Share the image itself or a screenshot instead, and paste the link into the note if you want to keep it.
Organising
- Spaces are collections, such as “Brand identity” or “Sports”. Each item lives in one space, or none. Pick a space when you save, or open the item and change it.
- Tags are free words; add as many as you like, separated by commas. Tap any tag to see everything with it.
- Search looks at titles, notes, site names, tags and space names. Type
#typeto match tags only.
Account
- Signing in. Use your aeuix account, the same email and password as aeuix one. Accounts are issued by Aeuix; email us if you need one.
- Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and follow the email.
- Profile photo and name come from your aeuix profile; change them in aeuix one under Profile.
- Deleting things. See Delete your account or library.
