Privacy Policy
This policy explains what aeuix Vault collects, why, who can see it and the choices you have. aeuix Vault is operated by Aeuix LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona (“Aeuix”, “we”). It covers the aeuix Vault apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac and their share extension. Your aeuix account itself is described in the aeuix one Privacy Policy.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifier, health or financial information. The app does not read your photo library: it receives only the images you choose to share or pick.
2. How saving works
When you share something to aeuix Vault, the share extension writes it to a private folder on your device and does not contact the network. When the app is next open it uploads the item to your library. For links, the app requests the page from your device to read its public title and preview image, so that website sees an ordinary visit from your IP address, the same as opening the link in a browser.
3. How we use information
Only to provide the Service: to sign you in, store and display your library, keep it secure, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, do not sell or “share” it as those words are defined in US state privacy laws, and do not use it to train AI models.
4. Who can see your library
Only your login. Database rules restrict every saved item and file to the account that created it; other users, including your colleagues and Aeuix staff using the aeuix one admin tools, cannot browse it. A very small number of Aeuix engineers can technically reach stored data when maintaining the database; they do so only to fix a problem you reported, to keep the Service secure, or when the law requires it.
5. App Store reviewers
Apple’s reviewers test the app with a demonstration login whose library contains sample material only. They cannot see any real user’s library.
6. Service providers
We use Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in the United States) and Resend (password-reset email). The full list is at aeuix.com/subprocessors. They process data under contract, only on our instructions. We disclose information to others only if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a business transfer under the same commitments.
7. Where information is stored
On your device (a cache of your library and images, and items waiting to upload) and on servers in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your information is transferred to the United States; where required we rely on standard contractual clauses with our providers.
8. How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Deleting an item removes its record and its image files from our storage straight away; deleting a space keeps its items. Encrypted backups are overwritten within seven days. If your account is deleted, your whole library is deleted within 30 days. Provider request logs are kept for up to 90 days.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and data is encrypted at rest. Images are stored in a private bucket and served only to your signed-in session. Your session is kept in your device’s Keychain. More at aeuix.com/security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete anything in your library in the app, and ask for your library or account to be deleted (see Delete your account or library). Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, California and other US states) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a regulator. Email will@aeuix.com with “Privacy request” in the subject; we verify requests through your account email and answer within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for using these rights. Our legal bases are performing our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure.
11. Children
aeuix Vault is not directed to children and accounts are not issued to anyone under 16. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
12. Tracking and Do Not Track
The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and change the date above. For material changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
