This is what we believe the primary intent with your IG should be! Every post should either boost rep belief and production or build social proof for recruiting.
For this growth article we're going to breakdown the rep spotlight with some of our recent work with Aptive.
1. To a person, their name is the most important thing they can see. Be lavish in praise and make sure their name is big. This makes the person featured feel loved and others desire to have their name big as well.
We also showcase rep class and div. or partnership. This helps connect this rep with more people. ‘I might not know this guy but we’re both inprime so I like it’
2. Have unique and consistent symbols that carry weight to them. In this example it’s the Aptive all-star mark. so when it’s featured people know this person is an all-star.
3. Hero concepts of the rep. they need to seem big and larger than life. This helps give an image of authority you want your top reps to hold.
4. ‘Salt and pepper baby’ these elements bring graphics together & serve as another place to show the rep their name, connect them to the audience with partnership & location.
